Shipping Policy

We ship all putters for free to addresses in the 50 U.S. States and territories. At this time we are not able to deliver to APO/FPO addresses.

We now offer worldwide shipping! Shipping rates to your country will be shown during checkout. The buyer is responsible for the payment of all import duties and taxes, if applicable.

Putters are shipped via UPS Ground service from our facility in downtown Grand Rapids, MI, typically within 4 to 6 weeks from the order date.

Our apparel items are shipped from several warehouses located across the country and can be shipped via UPS, FedEx or USPS.

Apparel orders over $50 ship free.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately via email.

Please provide your order # and any photos or information relating to the damage so we can investigate and file a claim with the shipping provider.

Return Policy

If your putter doesn't meet expectations, please reach out to us and give us a chance to make it right. However, we understand that it's not always possible, so we give you 30 days to return your putter for a refund provided it meets the following criteria:

  • The putter must not have been altered, damaged or abused in any way. Damaged and altered putters are not eligible for refund.
  • The putter must have the original shaft and grip installed and is returned with the provided headcover.
  • Households are eligible for (1) return in any 12-month period
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Because the item was custom built, a recycling fee of %10 will be deducted from the refund amount.

To begin the return process, send an email to returns@616flatsticks.com with your order number.

If your return is determined to have not met the criteria for refund, you will be provided with the reason(s) for denial within (5) business days of receipt. 616 Flatsticks reserves the right to determine refund eligibility on a case by case basis.

Apparel and accessories can be returned. Apparel must be unworn, unwashed and tags intact. Accessories must be in new condition and all items included in return.

There is a 10% restocking fee on all returns. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
