If your putter doesn't meet expectations, please reach out to us and give us a chance to make it right. However, we understand that it's not always possible, so we give you 30 days to return your putter for a refund provided it meets the following criteria:
- The putter must not have been altered, damaged or abused in any way. Damaged and altered putters are not eligible for refund.
- The putter must have the original shaft and grip installed and is returned with the provided headcover.
- Households are eligible for (1) return in any 12-month period
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Because the item was custom built, a recycling fee of %10 will be deducted from the refund amount.

If your return is determined to have not met the criteria for refund, you will be provided with the reason(s) for denial within (5) business days of receipt. 616 Flatsticks reserves the right to determine refund eligibility on a case by case basis.
